NEARLY THERE FILMS - Danny Coxley aka Dan Fry A channel beaming and streaming with indie shorts, features, comedy and docs -- made by my crew and I with passion, a lot of thought and a shoe-string budget! I've been making gay themed films since 1989 up until recently. Some have been entered at festivals, some found notoriety on here. The channel does lean towards a Gay Theme (in case you haven't noticed!) - and whenever I'm asked why I often have gay characters or plot lines, my answer is, 'why not, there's straight characters in every film ever made, and that's never questioned!' There's something in our films for all to enjoy, which ever way you were born! We do think it's very important to show people that we have a right to voice our opinions and show case our work without it being a gimmick, stereo-typed or a novelty to cause controversy or make 'Freak' shows of us -- it's important for the young generations of gay people facing the inevitable dissension!

Jesus At The Gay Bar out now! Vinyls + merch here - https://linktr.ee/cubsport For their entire career, Cub Sport have been searching for some kind of absolution. To listen to the Brisbane band’s music is to see a process of unburdening and unlearning in slow motion: their four albums to date plot a progression away from shame and towards joy, celebration and pure euphoria. On their resplendent, forthcoming fifth album Jesus At The Gay Bar – the title, inspired by writer Jay Hulme’s poem of the same name – Cub Sport reach that point of ecstatic lightness, or at least somewhere close to it. Using the language of bright, crystalline dance music as shorthand for a kind of hard-won spiritual freedom – with nods to house, 2-step and UK garage, while retaining the lush fragility of Cub Sport music past – Jesus At The Gay Bar finds the group largely shedding hangups and celebrating love and life in all its manifestations.

Six years after coming out and moving to Sydney, Cameron’s (Tim Spencer) dreams of elite parties and mini-breaks with jaw-lined boyfriends have flatlined. Nevertheless, he is determined to pin down his almost-boyfriend, Jack (Rupert Raineri), and prove to his newly-out cousin, Toby (Brayden Dalmazzone), that he is an all-knowing gay guru. From how to bottom to hook-up strategy, Cameron mentors his country cousin through the urban gay experience. Toby’s naive country charm makes him an instant hit, but Cameron’s insecurities soon threaten to drive a wedge between them. Created by Tim Spencer, and directed by Joshua Longhurst and Sarah Bishop, season one of the hilarious and horny new queer-positive comedy, Ding Dong I’m Gay, is coming to YouTube July 22. How We Collect Data of Gay YouTube influencers in Australia

We use an advanced automated system to collect YouTube influencer profiles by regularly monitoring the YouTube database. Our system identifies the profiles of Australia-based YouTube influencers within the gay niche by focusing on the following key metrics:

  • Relevance to gay: Our system analyzes each influencer's username, bio, and posts to confirm that their content is related to the gay niche.

  • Location Verification: Our system checks for the inclusion of city or country names in profiles, and where necessary, we analyze flags, localized posts and profile bio data to confirm the influencer's location in Australia.

  • Public Profiles Only: We exclude private profiles, even if they are Australia-based and publish gay-related content. Our system only extracts the public profiles of influencers.

  • Sufficient Number of Posts: Our system picks the influencer accounts that have a consistent history of posts. It proves that the influencer is active and engaged in their content.

  • Minimum Follower Count: Our system prioritizes Australia-based gay influencers with a minimum of 5,000 followers.

By analyzing these key statistics, our system automatically identifies the most relevant gay influencers located in Australia, extracts the data, and adds it to our database. The information is then processed, verified, and classified to ensure accuracy and relevance.

How Our Algorithm Identifies Gay YouTube Influencers in Australia

Heepsy uses an Al-powered algorithm to identify the most relevant gay YouTube influencers in Australia.

Identifying Influencer Location in Australia:

  • Profile Location Information: First, we check if the influencers profile explicitly mentions city or country. If the profile contains certain specific cities from Australia, or any other reference to Australia, we automatically mark the profile as Australia-based.

  • Bio and Content Analysis: If no explicit location is mentioned, our system scans the influencer's bio for any references to Australia, such as cultural symbols, language spoken within Australia, or location- specific hashtags that could indicate the influencer's connection to Australia.

  • Use of Flags and Emblems: In cases when the influencer doesn't mention a specific city or region, we look for flags in the bio that indicates Australia or any related symbols suggesting origin from Australia.

  • Localized Content: We analyze the influencer's content for any localized posts that show landmarks from Australia, events, or local cultural references. This can help us identify their location and target audience within Australia.

Identifying gay relevance:

  • Identifying Key Terms: We begin by searching for specific gay-related terms, such as 'gay' or any other industry terms in an influencers profile (including their name, bio, and posts).

  • Expanding with Synonyms and Variations: Our algorithm recognizes related terms within the industry and other gay specializations. We also account for variations, ensuring a comprehensive view of the influencer's expertise.

  • Multilingual Detection: To ensure a global reach, we use an Al-based multilingual sentence transformer to detect influencers in different languages, so we don't miss out on valuable gay voices around the world.

  • Assigning Relevance Scores: Each influencer profile is assigned a score based on their relevance to the gay category. The higher the score, the more aligned their profile with your campaign needs.

  • Prioritizing Top Influencers: In our recommendations we prioritize the influencers with the highest relevance scores. This helps us to ensure that the profiles suggested are the best fit for your marketing strategy.

How We Rank Gay YouTube Influencers in Australia

During the location identification process, we assign a score to each YouTube influencer profile that reflects its relevance to gay and Australia.

Then we use these scores to rank the profiles in our listings. Influencers with higher relevance scores in both categories - gay and their connection to Australia - are ranked higher in the results.

As a result, when you search for gay YouTube influencers in Australia in our database, the most relevant profiles appear first. This makes it easier for you to find the best match for your project.

How Often Our Listing of Gay YouTube Influencers in Australia is Updated

We update our database monthly to ensure you have access to the most current and relevant gay YouTube influencers in Australia. The profiles listed reflect the latest data as of July 2026.

Our automated system continuously monitors YouTube, tracking changes in follower count, engagement levels, and content activity from gay influencers in Australia. This ensures that our database remains accurate and relevant and helps you find the best gay YouTube influencers in Australia for your campaigns at any given time.
