Hi, I’m Sarah. I live in England and am recovered from EDNOS/OSFED (atypical anorexia), which plagued me for ten years of my life. I support unrestricted eating. I support the belief that we all have a natural healthy weight, and that can be any weight, shape, or size. I believe in health at every size. I do not advocate the “healthy eating and exercise” approach to recovery, or to life. I do not believe that it is true recovery but a compromise between you and your eating disorder. I decided to make this YouTube channel just on the off-chance that I can help one or two or maybe even more people. This is in regards to restrictive eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, EDNOS, ARFID etc). I advocate Health At Every Size and am body positive and food positive. I am not a medical professional.
