The passes in rugby can be hard, because there is so many types of passes: quick pass, switch pass, loop pass. There is lot of skills rugby vidéos on my channel. One section is only for the developpement about the scrum-half and Fly-half in rugby. The formation about the scrum-half and fly-half is hard and important. The way to pass the defense in rugby modern is about contact attitude and capacity to make off load. Lot of small situation about off load in my way to go. Side Step on rugby is hard to teach.
