Hier gehe ich auf unterschiedliche Varianten ein und du wirst erstaunt sein, was alles möglich ist und wie ähnlich es teilweise an sein Original herankommt. Torten, Kuchen, Pizza, Lasagne, Milch oder auch Raffaello sind roh möglich zuzubereiten. Hier geht es kurz gesagt um ganzheitliche Gesundheit, denn für einen reinen Körper ist nicht nur das richtige Wasser und eine gesunde Ernährung wichtig sondern auch Bewegung, Achtsamkeit, Meditation und Selbstliebe.
