Welcome to my channel! My name is Meghan and I’m frankly THRILLED that you are here! I have been teaching yoga-inspired practices for 10 years and practicing for 20. Human movement and expression in all formats is my jam. I believe that when we show up as ourselves, with all our quirks and imperfections, we are our most powerful and creative. The Yoga-inspired practices here come from my life’s experience. They are designed to create inquiries and connections back to the magic and wealth of being who we are. Having overcome my own challenges with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and addiction with yoga-inspired movement and practices, I am passionate about sharing what has helped me to transform.
