Hi, I’m Shaun 👋 and I’ve been captivated by health and fitness since a young age. I started off as a keen footballer, moving on to finding the gym and strength training as a teenager, to most recently, finding my passion with CrossFit. My goal with this channel is to inspire and motivate people within the realm of health and fitness. No matter where you are on your fitness journey; from someone who has never stepped into a gym before, or someone trying to get back into fitness, to a seasoned gym goer or an experienced Crossfitter, I hope to provide something for everyone.
