Twenty- year old Houston Rapper rapper Sally Sossa Grew up experiencing childhood rap battles with her family at home where she shined and blossomed her skills. Sally grew up listening to PINK, Nicki Minaj, Etta James, EryKah Badu, Drake, Lil Wayne, Eminem, Chris Brown , Rihanna and Beyoncé. She eventually started recording in the studio at 16. Sally went full steam ahead with her Hip Hop dreams after that. She’s been constantly dropping mixtapes since she was 17 filled with catchy melodic hooks and ferocious rap skills. 2 years later, that hard work payed off. In 2019 the rising star had a conversation with her friend who had a family member that works for Atlantic Records, Which was a way to get her music sent around to other Labels. From there sally took a leap of faith and signed on with her management team in 2020 one member which serves for a body guard for French Montana and Lil Durk. The two Rappers co-signed her which led let to “Star Song” and signing with Interscope Records.

The young prodigy has quickly grabbed attention of fans and fellow DJs with his versatile sound and catalogue of original productions, collaborations and remixes. With the establishment of his “Doghouse” brand, fans have turned to KAYZO to seek more than his music. KAYZO has no boundaries as continues to break barriers that are set up before him. Established in 2019, Society for Africans in Diaspora (SAiD Institute) is a non-profit organization that utilizes various activities and educational programs to provide insight, generate ideas, and promote collaboration to address present challenges and create a shared future through the global lens of the African Diaspora. Based in Houston, Texas, SAiD Institute is uniquely positioned as one of few spaces for creatives and free thinkers to focus exclusively on African culture across the global diaspora. We pride ourselves as being a front runner in the solution to the issues of ineffective information and communication between Africa and the United States. Our program focuses on helping to bridge gaps caused by racism, misinformation and miscommunication, while uplifting and celebrating a historically underrepresented and overlooked population. But we cannot do it alone.
