This channel is about running, and running technique in particular. It just started with an upload of some running vids of my own to have my "new" way of running checked. As after about 25 years of heelstriking, I made it my goal to change my runningstyle via Posemethod to become a more efficient runner. This new way of running didn't came easy to me, but it offered me more than I ever expected. Being I Pose certified running coach for quite some years now, I like to share my experience and knowledge to help other athletes to change there running style for the better as well. Hi, I'm Crrool. I've been a speedrunner for about 6 years now. I've speedran a ton of different games, mostly focussing on RPG's over the years. Since 2018 I started to focus on the Pokémon series to prepare for the Pokémon Series 100% Race (an annual race of all Pokémon Games). Ever since I was hooked on the speedrunning the series and I started to try more and more challenge runs. In March of 2020 I decided I would start uploading some of these challenges to youtube and thus, this channel was born. On this channel, you'll mostly find challenge runs I've done, as well as videos where I talk about the different challenge runs and some notable things about these challenges. Challenges include things like All Trainers, Weird mains to speedrun the game with, 100% categories, and so on. The commentary videos may include things like Top 10's, difficult sections, tutorials, and so on. Harteman Wildfowl is a small private non-profit collection of waterfowl, runned by Jan Harteman. What started of as a hobby grew into a lifelong passion for waterfowl and their conservation. I share this passion through my personal website and social media channels, as well as amongst other things. Being part of some EAZA's EEP studbooks, my facilities have been checked by the studbook keepers to verify the quality of the aviaries. Alongside I agreed to fulfil obligations like annual reporting and data sharing through ZIMS, medical research, post mortem research and keeping offspring at our location until the studbook keeper has found a suitable new collection.
