Welcome to Sculpt with Syd, where I post accessible follow-along workouts to empower you to move your body in a way that feels GOOD! I'm Sydney, a group fitness instructor based in Toronto, Canada. I currently teach yoga, reformer Pilates and barre classes, but my teaching journey began with teaching baby ballet. No matter what the class type is, I simply love leading a room of people through music-led movement! In my classes, exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. And it's inspiring beyond belief to watch my clients feel empowered to exercise. And just like you, I'm busy. I work full-time at an ad agency. I teach part-time at multiple studios.
